Well, Joel does, this prodigy kid can take a 1.5km shot without a scope, no observer and land the shot precisely. He’s ready to fight too! And he’s fired to prove his worth, maybe to his missing parents. Joel was raised by the military, found by them during a long mission in the now destroyed Venezuela. Unable to go back to a city, the soldiers ended up raising him like a family, a big one at that.
