When Tejas was just a teen, his family was threatened by the mexican cartel for not paying protection. Anthony stole a gun from one of them, and then snuck at night in their base, finishing the problem before it even started. He then forged a reputation has a bank thief, getting the famous name The Fox, his extreme ability for planning and action landed him a presidential pardon in exchange for working at Ugami Corporation, with the Time Defense Team or TDT.
