What can I purchase in the Ugami Store?
All gamers have special needs, and we know what you desire! So you will find anything that fits into your gaming needs, from video games, gift cards to PC rigs and components to gaming chairs and merchandise. All you need is to take a look at what we offer!
Are Ugipoints the only currency accepted in the Ugami Store?
We got good news for you! If you are low on Ugipoints, you can also make purchases using your Ugami debit or credit card or any other card for that matter.
Can I only pay with an Ugami Debit or Credit Card?
No, you can use an Ugami Card or any other Card in the Ugami Store. However, once you have enough Ugipoints, you can redeem them for goods, experiences with your favorite gamers, merchandise, and more!
What are the Return and Refund policies?
We have several return and refund policies depending on the partner you buy from. We follow the returning guidelines from our partners, so we will provide you with full documentation for each product you may want to return.
For a specific set of products, like our daily deals, it will apply special policies towards the return, as they will be handled directly by our Ugami Staff.
All the returns and refunds requests will go through our support team. Please follow these instructions to proceed.
Is there a standard address for returns?
Depending on the product purchased, it can have a different address to return it to. Please check our documentation towards this in the following link.
Is there a free shipping threshold?
We are constantly working on making your purchase experience even better through your feedback to help towards your financial growth and satisfaction by saving important costs like the shipping fees.
Can I purchase more than 1 product per transaction?
Currently, we are only allowing 1 (one) unique good per transaction. However, you can add in as many quantities of that single product that you want.
We will be working on bundles to improve your experience in our store.
How many days will it take for me to receive my refund after I successfully returned a product in perfect conditions and original packaging?
It should take from 7 to 14 days for the Customer Service team to verify the integrity of the good(s) and provide you with a full refund if it applies.
There are two main options to receive a refund:
i) In a reintegration of the funds to your account.
ii) The equivalent in Ugipoints added to your account.
Where can I see the status of my order?
You will receive an email with the confirmation of your purchase, along when it is available, the tracking number if it is a physical good that includes shipping.
You can also check the status of your order inside the App, on your transaction history, where you will find details of each purchase made.
