Dear Ugamers,
We hope you’re doing well. We regret to inform you that Ugami will be CLOSING all deposit accounts starting 3/30/24.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your being part of the Ugami community.  This is also the end of the Ugami Rewards program.

Below, we provide detailed information about the actions you can take before the closing date:
✓ Transfer your funds
We encourage you to spend the funds in your Ugami account using the card or transfer any available amount back to your main account or another account of your choice.

If you’re unable to move or spend your funds in the next 30 days, your balance will be secure, and after 3/31/24, we will automatically issue a check for the remaining balance and send it to the address registered in your profile.
✓ Ugipoints
You can no longer use Ugipoints rewards at this point.
✓ Update your address
Verify and update your mailing address in your profile to avoid delays if we need to send you a check.
✓ Cancel direct deposits and payments
Please make sure you transition your direct deposit and cancel bill payments and any recurring payments linked to your Ugami account before 3/31/24.
✓ Physical Ugami card
Once you have withdrawn funds from your account and the account has been closed, the Ugami Card will cease functioning.

To protect your identity and reduce the risk of fraud, we recommend swiping a magnet along the magnetic strip on the back of your card before discarding it.
